At The Zone, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
